Hello and welcome to my first foodie post on here. When thinking about my favorite restaurants it was immediately obvious what this post would be about – Juicy, delicious Dumplings! Here’s my current top 3 favorite dumpling restaurants in San Francisco.

Dumpling Time
If you know, you know. Dumpling Time has locations all over San Francisco as well as Berkeley, San Ramon & San Jose. It’s my go-to for guaranteed delicious, reasonable priced Dim Dum. The purple Tom Yum soup dumplings are as delicious as they are pretty. The BBQ pork bao buns are heavenly, the shrimp toast is addictive and the Beijing noodles are to die for. It’s impossible to place a bad order here. I’ll let the photos do the talking.

2. Palette Tea House
Located in Ghirardelli Square, Palette Tea House is the place to cure the hunger after a cold swim in Aquatic Park or a long day of touristing around Fisherman’s Wharf. They have mastered the Art of Dim Sum. Some of my favorites are the Pork Soup Dumplings, The BBQ Pork Bao, The Olive Oil Noodles, the Jade Veggie Dumplings, the Sweet & Sour Chicken and the Sui Mai. You really can’t go wrong.

3. Dumpling House
Nestled in a foodie haven that is Hayes Valley, Dumpling Home is a traditional, no frills dumpling restaurant that always a line of hungry customers down the street. Their menu is extensive and delicious. As always, I order the soup dumplings as well as the scallion pancakes (mmm), the juicy pork bao (seared on 1 side) and not forgetting the pot stickers. I recommend coming here with a group and ordering the whole menu!
And so concludes my Dumpling recommendations for now. I have a lot more restaurants on my foodie list to hit up so stay tuned for updates as they come in. Also please send me any recommendations, my Food Instagram is linked below.
